Alira Consulting is an International Executive and leadership consulting firm headquartered in the DC Metropolitan Area. The firm was started in February 2023 to help professionals reach their career and business goals and objectives.

I am a licensed Executive and Leadership Coach by the Academy of Executive Coaching based in London, UK and have a global certification through the European Mentoring and Coaching Council. I also hold a Global Change Practitioner Certification and am CPA Eligible.

I provide coaching and consulting services for individuals and companies looking to solve business problems.

My work experience includes over 20 years of working with small business owners with annual revenues over $5 million dollars, working with large owner groups with over $400M in assets, as a business manager with a Fortune 1000 Company, and performing audit and tax work for a top 100 international firm: specializing in complex healthcare audits and tax for high-net-worth individuals and business owners.

My professional exposure spans across industries and an international client base.

I enjoy providing Executives, medium sized business owners, ad other working professionals solve their business problems and achieve new heights.

My other professional work experience has been in Human Resources, Accounting, Budget and Finance, Business Management and Operations, Change Management, Strategy and Sales and Marketing.

When I am not working, I enjoy visiting Great Falls Park, and volunteering at my favorite non-profit organization, Lift ME Up! (LMU).
